ModYourCar Return Policy

At ModYourCar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help! Please review our return policy below:

Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at modyourcar4@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions.

Package Your Return: Pack the item(s) carefully to avoid damage during shipping. Include the RA number on the return label.

Ship the Item: Once you've received your return instructions, ship the item to the address we provide.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale

Personalized or custom-made products

Gift cards

Digital downloads

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For returns related to defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
